When we got the idea to bring our creations to the market, it was clear to us what we wanted to do:

It is prepared with fresh local grocerys and raw materials. Unless take away is requested, it is served on return plates with return cutlery to minimize single use materials.

It should not cost a fortune to eat healhy and ecologically friendly food.

We want to serve nutricious and delicious street food made from fresh ingredients that has been supplied by local producers.
